“I bought an appliance from Ricely appliances. They were very helpful when I was asking questions about the dishwasher that I might buy. The guys that came to fit the dishwasher were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Did a very good job tidied up after themselves and we’re very professional.”

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you had a good experience with our service. We understand that long-distance deliveries can be challenging. Unfortunately, we rely on a third-party courier to deliver out of the area as we are a small independent business. Therefore, we are unable to satisfy them with our in-house staff. We appreciate your feedback and are constantly trying to improve this service; however, in the meantime, it allows out-of-area customers to benefit from our competitive products. Bare with us - it is constantly under review, and we are grateful for your business and feedback.

“Good delivery and install, had a problem with the cooker door with in a week, but they come out and replaced the cooker quickly, with no issues. Would use again.”

“All good. We bought a fridges recently. Just walked into shop, had look around could not see what I wanted but helpful service sorted out what I wanted to order. All came on time. What more can I ask for.”

“Very good service from local shop. Phoned one day delivered next. One complaint, am elderly and floor was messy after installation which was not easy for me to clear up”

“Pretty good. Product was competetively priced and ordering was easy (very polite). Some confusion on when this was going to be delivered/fitted, but not a huge problem. Fitters were very good.”

“I was very pleased with the purchase from your firm two years ago of a Fridge/Freezer. The service I received was excellent. “I phoned through to find out if you had the kettle in stock resulting in an immediate order. The credit card processed, and I subsequently collected it several hours later - good result! Staff were friendly and courteous and had a sense of humour. I shall certainly give you first call for electrical items in the future!”

“I easily found the product I was looking for on your website and purchased a graded item at a good price, the description and photos accurately showed what I was purchasing and I wasn't disappointed when the product was delivered. Overall I was happy with my experience and would purchase from you again but I have given a 4-star review instead of 5 because communication around delivery could have been better. My order confirmation stated that the product would be delivered on Monday 17th April, I arranged to be home and to have a friend come round in the evening to help me install it. At 10.00 on Mon 17th, I called to see if I could get an indication of the time of delivery and was told that my delivery was booked for Weds 19th. The person I spoke to explained that you only deliver to my area on Wednesdays and apologised that no one had called to let me know. He advised that the delivery would be made on Weds 19th between 10am - 4pm and that if there was a problem someone would call me. I arranged to be home all day on Weds 19th, it was getting late in the day so around 2.30 I called to check that it was on its way and was told that the delivery was booked for Thurs 20th. The person I spoke to said that you don't usually use your vans to deliver to my area (RG24) but as you had several deliveries in the area you were using your vans instead of a courier. He apologised for whoever informed me that the delivery was going to be on Weds 19th and that it would definitely be on Thurs 20th. He said he would get the delivery driver to call me when he knew his route to give me an indication of the delivery time so I didn't have to wait all day. I got a call at 9.30 on Thursday as promised to say they would be with me within an hour and the product was successfully delivered.”
