Great delivery but unfortunately the £100 installation was not good. Firstly, within a couple of days the dishwasher dropped a 1/4 inch so that the door was out of alignment. I then found that there were no legs fixed to the back of the appliance which had been held up by two pieces of timber that pinched the supply feed to the fridge freezer. They trimmed the plinth which was unnecessary and so now there is an obtrusive gap between the dishwaser and appliance. All things considered, not a good job.

Your online system allowed me to order a fridge and agree a delivery date of the next day. You did not have stock so delivery could not happen, but your system has no checks in place for such an event. Instead of a phone call to discuss, I was emailed a quote for a more costly fridge with no indication why. I had to call you to find out my fridge was out of stock, and your firm took the money, without the item being available. Having asked for email confirmation that a refund was on its way I had to phone again to chase you for a refund. Better communication would be useful.

Our system does not usually allow this to happen, and does have control of stock, so I can only apologies for this anomaly, and also for the lack of communication on our part.

Really poor delivery drivers literally dumped double fridge freezer by our front door inside even though husband removing kitchen door while they arrived ran off jumped in van with out q wrd ! Called office more helpful member of staff said well they hve lots of deliveries poor service 😕

I placed myself in their hands ordering a replacement integrated fridge, I agreed the price including fitting despite it being £100 more than online alternatives but then when they came to fit it they found that the one they had chosen was not compatible with the space available so they had to take it away and bring another make and the price of course went up by nearly £100 making their option £200 more expensive than the online option.....my advice..shop on line.

Unfriendly staff, high charge for credit card, poor communication. Delivery staff were polite and helpful
