“We recently bought a combination microwave for our son who moved near the shop. He is thrilled with it. It has made his life so much better as he doesn’t need to use his shared kitchen and it will keep him safer. I phoned up paid over the phone and our son picked it up on his way home from work. We use to live nearby but we moved to Wiltshire but always used you when we were there. Our washing machine and tumble dryer are still going well.”

“I bought an integrated Bosch fridge freezer from Ruislip Appliances. As it was a "graded" item, it was generously discounted due to a dent. Their service was excellent throughout. My only disappointment was being charged £125 for installation and disposal of my old model which was more than Currys or John Lewis charge.”

Hi, and thanks for the review, i have just checked and Currys and JLP Vary on price, usually we are the same currently JLP are £110 and £19.95 for delivery in the next 3 days, free after that so a total of £129.95 if you want it quickly, and Currys are £135 for next day including fitting and removal,

“Amazing prices and the graded alliances are absolutely spotless...insanely happy. Could improve slightly on communication but my delivery was special case so expect it was just that. Was still pretty good in any case. Did everything they could to help and be accommodating. Lovely lot. Final note. Don't assume everyone is a married couple. Mr and Mrs Johnson are my parents...I'm just little old Miss Johnson...fitting out the house I bought in my own 😉”

“I can't recommend Dale highly enough. I quoted kitchens at 7 different places, including; Howdens, Benchmark, Ikea, Wickes and The Kitchen Co Ltd, we found Dale by pure coincidence as we were getting a quote for appliances. The quality of the kitchen is outstanding but the service provided by Dale is even better. Unlike the big companies he makes sure the measurements are spot on and when it comes to installation he has the necessary tools and advice to provide to the installers, I was particularly pleased with this as we could not afford 3k for installers. Overall he has provided a higher quality kitchen AND saved us a lot of money! Totally recommended this company.”

“My parents needed a replacement extractor fan. I saw a model on their website, however, I was unsure of the dimensions so I emailed Ruislip Appliances with some measurements. Tristan got back to me straight away and was very helpful. He let me know when the fan had arrived in store and recommended a fitter. The fitter collected the fan from the store and did a great job. My parents were very happy! A good all-round service.”
