“I bought a washing machine through the Euronics web site. I received a phone call from Ruislip Appliances the day before delivery to confirm. The only information they could give me about the delivery was that it would be after 10:30, and it arrived the next morning at about 10:40. The delivery crew were excellent, carrying my old machine out before bringing the new one in.”

“I've bought a washing machine and a dishwasher. Both were discounted by about 10% due to tiny invisible dents. I had each one delivered and fitted and the old one taken away for £50 each. They did what they said.”

“They were very helpful on the initial call when trying to work out my options on replacing an integrated IKEA fridge/freezer. Then everything else was just effortless, they came on time/installed and refitted all the integrated doors in record time. Would recommend them and use them again without hesitation,”

“My Bosch hob, which was good value in the first place, came with an unexpected gift from Ruislip of free Neff induction pans, so I couldn’t have been happier. I was kept informed when the delivery was delayed a bit by traffic and the delivery men were helpful and friendly. The products are good and the experience couldn’t have been better.”

“Excellent. Much better than the big stores. I used them for the first time to purchase a major appliance. They handled everything directly by phone , quickly and efficiently. They delivered the machine on time a day later, dismantling the old machine and removed it. Then they installed the new one, made sure it worked, and left no mess or debris. Everything was spotless. Will definitely use them again.”

“Bought new oven all by telephone got inlets than24 hours as had nothing to cook on and have dietary needs so oven is essential to me. After installation had a problem also very quickly rectified. All staff are very knowledgeable”
