“So nice to find a real shop with stock - and not just a show room. I got there early in the morning - and by 2.30pm oven delivered and installed, and old one taken away. I was lucky they had a slot the same day - but it would not have been a long wait.”

“I found a Neff extractor hood at Ruislip Appliances - but it wasn't in stock - and I needed it quickly. They pointed me to an identical product but under Bosch name, which they had but was box damaged. I was able to collect it the next day, examine it and saved nearly £40 to boot. They couldn't have been more helpful, straightforward and honest. Would definitely use them again.”

“Not the first time I have used Ruislip Appliances, and once again the service has been FIRST CLASS. I needed a specific size of hob extractor and they managed to find one and get it into stock for me very quickly. “Very helpful staff. Bought a fridge freezer and they advised me on the best one for us . Ordered it and delivered it within a week. Excellent delivery men who took away the old one and made sure the new one was put into its place and was working ok. Very satisfied with their service and would go there again.”
