“Product is very good, disappointed with the service of the young sales person. He presumed that who I was with was my husband and in fact he was my brother and marked the receipt as such.showed me a microwave that was similar but it was me who pointed out three things that were not going to be the same which he then agreed (as I had bought this version of the microwave from you 12 years previously.) He said twice to us as long as you have done your due diligence on the microwave everything would be all right but with out any information from him ,what were we supposed to understand from this.? When giving me my receipt there was no thank you for my custom. He is not personable and I would not like to be served by him again and he would put a lot of people off of shopping with you. your delivery service was excellent.”

“My dishwasher packed-up on New Year's day. After a search online, I found the model I wanted at Ruislip Appliances. I did a very late-night online order which I wasn't sure had gone through. The next morning, after a short phone call to Ruislip Appliances, the order was dealt with promptly over the phone, and delivered on time two days later. Excellent service - highly recommended!”

“Used this company several years ago so were first choice for replacement fridge/freezer. Helped me find appropriate model. Delivered in less than 24hrs of placing order. Installed quickly and old appliance removed. Totally recommend.”

“The most painless, unproblematic, hassle free sourcing, delivery and installation of a kitchen appliance I have ever experienced. I'd given up on finding a replacement integrated wine-cooler for my kitchen - typed in the serial number - pointed me to Ruislip appliances and it was up n chilling one week later. Boom!”

“My Neff gas hob delivered with the kitchen was completely smashed during delivery or installation. The kitchen supplier could not deliver a new one earlier than in 1-1,5 month. I searched in internet and found out the best offer from Ruislip Appliances, called them to get confirmation that they have it on stock and ordered online. They delivered the hob on the second day as was promised. The price was the cheapest I could find in the web, but a bit more expensive than from the kitchen supplier. In general I am very much satisfied with the delivery and the price. Highly recommend this company.”

“I found the cooker I wanted in their store. After a bit of research I decided to purchase it and did this on the phone. The staff were very helpful and organised a delivery on the day that suited us. The cooker was delivered on the exact day and was fitted by our own fitter and when we had mislaid the instructions for the cooker the staff of Ruislip Appliances immediately emailed them over to me . It was all a very positive experience and got us using the cooker in time for Christmas.🙌”
