“I was looking for a washing machine that was easy to use with an 8 kg capacity. I needed one straight away as I had just moved and my old machine did not survive the journey. I visited Ruislip Appliances since they are local to me and I had used them before and been happy with their service. I explained to them what I needed and they showed me several options, all of which could be delivered the same day, and all very reasonably priced, I chose the Bosch VarioPerfect. Delivered that afternoon, very easy to use indeed and the washing came out really clean and 1400 spin speed made it much dryer out of the machine than others I have used. So I was very happy. I got very good service in the shop, it was delivered in a few hours , very helpful delivery men and a really good appliance. I would recommend this store to anyone, and I would definately use them again.”

“We bought a new freezer from yourselves. The shop staff were extremely helpful. We were worried about the food in our old freezer and were told to leave the food in it until the new freezer arrived, then transfer our food to the new one. The delivery staff were very helpful and we put all the food into the new freezer straightaway and then they took our old freezer away. It was all extremely easy for us and we applaud your service. Thank you very much.”

“The service in the shop was just OK - we weren't made to feel particularly welcome as new customers. However, we got a good price on a new dishwasher. The fitting service made up for the lack of customer service in the shop - the fitter was punctual and very polite. Did a great job and took away all the rubbish.”

“I Passed the shop for many years but had never gone in. I went to make my recent purchases after speaking to the sales team via the phone. They were very helpful. I went to the store and found even better deals for the three products which I was looking for. The items I needed were a Integrated microwave, integrated fridge freezer (frost free) and an gas Hob. They beat my expectations very good service all round.”

“I wanted to replace our existing refrigerator with one of the same make, dimensions and quality. I searched online and found the exact model for sale at Ruislip Appliances. Ordering by telephone was very easy and handled without fuss by the staff there. They also arranged for free delivery 36 hours later. A very smooth, trouble free transaction and very pleasing. We are delighted with the new machine and will definitelty use Ruislip Appliances whenever possible.”

“Everything was completed over the telephone,so I did not have to come into the shop. The delivery came when expected. The delivery men were very pleasant and took away the old appliance. Cannot find any fault with the service and would certainly use your store again.”

“My washing machine broke down two days before I was due to go on holiday and had lots of washing to do. I went in to their store in the morning and was advised on a replacement machine suitable for my household needs. The new machine was delivered and connected up and working later the same day and old appliance taken away. Perfect”

“Products very good..... initial fitting service not satisfactory and even on repeat visit was not rectified in first instance. When dealt with directly by supplier (not contractor) was perfectly satisfactory and happy with end result. Worth mentioning that have dealt with this company for many years and very satisfied with products and service over the years. Finally, rate them as very Good”
