“Ruislip Appliances were very efficient in helping me to choose a replacement fridge freezer and they gave me the number of someone who would remove my old one and refit the new product. A Very good service, Informative, helpful and polite. I would use them again.”

“Very happy with the telephone order, the person was very helpful and knowledgeable (sorry cannot remember his name). He also advised me that the people who will deliver the Dishwasher, they will install it and take us through the operation and explain what we need to know. Well they delivered and installed the machine but they were in a terrible hurry, they took our old dishwasher for recycling and left. Regrettably they didn't explain anything and didn't even showed us the basic operation of the dishwasher, unlike what we were told by the sales people. I would have likes to give 5 star but was somehow disappointed by the delivery people.”

“Very efficient service and we only had to wait a couple of days for delivery. The oven seems to be in excellent condition. It would have been nice to have had a rough idea of the time of delivery a little earlier in the day. We only heard just before 5pm, but we appreciate that was in the window of time given for delivery.”

“You were recommended by neighbours. As often the case, we needed a new machine in a hurry. We were disappointed because the Miele model we wanted was not in stock but settled for another Miele model which is good but does not have the higher speed we would have liked and had previously. Delivery and fitting was very prompt and quick and service from your company was very pleasant and helpful. We think the price for removing the old machine was a bit on the high side.”

“I bought an integrated Bosch fridge freezer from Ruislip Appliances. As it was a "graded" item, it was generously discounted due to a dent. Their service was excellent throughout. My only disappointment was being charged £125 for installation and disposal of my old model which was more than Currys or John Lewis charge.”

Hi, and thanks for the review, i have just checked and Currys and JLP Vary on price, usually we are the same currently JLP are £110 and £19.95 for delivery in the next 3 days, free after that so a total of £129.95 if you want it quickly, and Currys are £135 for next day including fitting and removal,

“I found the staff helpful when buying a freezer for my garage . The only disappointment was the handle for it had to be fitted & because of lockdown hoping they would pop back and fit it for me but had to ask a neighbour instead, otherwise good helpful service.”

“Overall pleased with the appliance, although it wasn’t the one I originally selected. Goods were delivered really quickly. All communications were answered promptly and the staff were very courteous. Will be looking here first next time I need a new appliance!”

“Decent local shop, had to buy a freezer in an emergency, the day before the coronavirus lockdown as old one just packed up, managed to get one from this shop at 4.15pm in the afternoon. Pleasant to deal with, reasonably priced if not the absolute cheapest, but sometimes you have to pay for good service.”
