“We purchased a hob which was unavailable everywhere else. Cheaper than online and great service in-store. Do not be fooled into thinking online is cheaper, and the customer service does not compare! Shop local-thanks Ruislip.”

“Competitive. The cooker hood I purchased was graded, but was advised I store that it had gone through a “21 point check” b4 being sold on. Installed this and then found that the button for the light wouldn’t depress. Was unimpressed with the checks made as there should have been a 22 point check system! 🤷‍♂️Anyway I managed to fix the problem from within the unit by giving the switch pack a forceful nudge toward the rear since the clearance for the button was slightly out of alignment.”

“Staff were very helpful, honest and knowledgable. I bought a graded Bosch American fridge freezer from Ruislip appliances via their website. I needed clarification on a couple of things so I rang the shop. staff could not have been more helpful and understanding. I highly recommend this company”

“We wanted to replace our washing machine with an identical model. The shop staff were able to advise on a similar machine which we then purchased. It was delivered on time and the broken machine taken away. Service as expected and it worked for us!”

“Excellent service. Had the staff not taken time and effort to locate the non-standard hob for me (to replace the 16 year old defective item) I’d have had to replace all the work surfaces - an expense I can ill afford. Thank you Ruislip Appliances.”

“I ordered a zanussi built in freezer, which came into stock as advisedp. It was then promptly delivered at a day of my choosing by two very polite and helpful men placing it in the kitchen as requested. I have been using Ruislip Appliances for all my kitchen requirements for over 30 years and always been delighted with the price, advice and service. Well done guys!”

“The fridge freezer that I had bought originally from Ruislip Appliances was within warranty but could not be repaired. The manufacturer issued me with a credit number which I then took into the shop. The staff were so helpful and made the whole process of using the credit note against a new purchase of a fridge freezer so easy. Everything went so smoothly that I was impressed.”
