“Excellent service. Understanding and patient. I valued their expertise. Excellent freezer delivered in excellent condition by a very kind, patient and excellent team. They went the extra mile to dispose of a very big old freezer so that they could replace it with the new one. Thanks to all of you. I love my new freezer.”

“Urgently needed to a washer /dryer for my elderly mum. Went into the store and was run through the options with no sales pressure. Settled on a purchase and explained that my mum needed it ASAP even though she wasn't in the local area. This was no problem and next day delivery was agreed for me. Really happy with the purchase and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommended!”

“I did make a phone call the day after our fridge freezer was fitted to say how pleased we were with the service from Ruislip Appliances, but mainly to say how professional - courteous - your installer was he is a credit to your company and I will definitely recommend and use your company again.
