“We had a specific need when it came to buying our next washing machine. The sales staff listened to our request and then worked very hard to find the right solution. We didn't have to wait weeks for delivery, the machine was ready for collection the next day. Even though we were initially given the wrong color, they had the correct replacement for us before the end of the day. We would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.”

“The one star is for the guy that installed my appliance, to which I would have given 0 star if there was an option. He was rude and obnoxious and everything was too much trouble for him. Obviously he is not happy in his job. Perhaps he should look for another job where he has no contact with the public.”

“The staff are very welcoming and helpful. They have a good knowledge of products and offer solutions that suited our needs. We purchased an extractor and hob. Both were in stock and they held in to them for us until we were ready to fit them. Over many years we have always used Ruislip appliances for all of our kitchenware.”

“Ruislip Appliances were great indeed, and the 2 gentlemen I spoke to were very nice, polite and knowledgeable, and we sorted out my fridge freezer offer in no time at all, with a very reasonable delivery charge even up some stairs, whereas others wanted an extra £30 just for the stairs, on top of the normal charge. They called me half an hour before delvery and everyone was puncual and very helpful. I would. certaily recommend them and I would also buy from the again in a flash.”

“We are so impressed with Ruislip Appliances, I spoke to them on the phone ordered the following day and I think our large American style fridge freezer was delivered within a couple of days. Even the delivery guys were great, efficient, friendly and in and out my house within 10mins. All in all a great experience and we’d use them again.”

“I have bought all my kitchen appliances from Ruislip Appliances for many years. The staff are very knowledgeable and I value their input when choosing a new appliance. I have recently purchased a new dishwasher and as usual, the service offered was exemplary. The salesperson I dealt with was very helpful and the delivery and fitting team were excellent too.”

“Firstly I took the day off prepaid my service and was told 30 mins before the end of the day they weren’t coming 😩I then had to arrange for someone to be there the next day which was my daughter and two men turned up which was a bit intimidating for a young woman alone waiting for them”
