“I have bought several pairs of shoes over the years both in the shop and online and have never been disappointed! Although they don’t seem to be stocking Clamp shoes anymore which I love! This time I ordered slippers which are lovely.”

“Very good - the shoes I ordered for myself were not immediately available but I received an e-mail stating this, with an estimated day for the delivery which was then achieved. These shoes (for myself) fitted 'like a glove', superbly comfortable, I hardly know I'm wearing them ; very pleased ! A second pair of shoes (for my wife) were too large : she had taken the advice on adjusting foot size but actually needed her true size. They have been returned and we await delivery”

“I’m delighted with the red Dr Feet slippers I ordered from Ruby Shoesday. Everything went smoothly and the owner kept in touch with me which was much appreciated. I normally go into the shop in HB which is a great experience, but so was buying online from them. Highly recommended without reservation.”

“BRILLIANT BOOTS. HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL DIFFERENT STYLES OVER THE YEARS AND AM ALWAYS VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY AND DURABILITY OF THEM ALL. USUALLY VISIT STORE IN AMBLESIDE BUT PURCHASED ONLINE THIS TIME AND FOUND THE SERVICE TO BE VERY PERSONABLE AND EFFICIENT. WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE IN THE FUTURE .”
