“I have several pairs of footwear from this fabulous shop. I prefer to visit in person but obviously this is not possible at present. Thankfully because of the shop describing the fit of the footwear accurately I have never been disappointed or have had to return a pair. I ordered my slippers on Monday, they arrived on Tuesday, wonderful!”

“You guys are so efficient! Boots were ordered and delivered in less than a week ! I am soo happy. I had a pair of Bueno boots last yesr with buckles that broke I was so disappointed but you looked after me so well but we could not replace them . When I saw my new boots on your website I just had to have them ! Again they are comfort its self! Thank you so much now I can support the smaller guys such as your self without leaving my armchair , and my husbsnd does not need to moan when we come to the lakes because I insist on coming to Ambleside or when we go to football and make a detour to Hebden . All the best for the lockdown and thank you so much ❤ Diane”

“By sending me the most fantastic boots! Bought online on Saturday, dispatched on Monday and arrived Tuesday. The Bueno boots are beautiful, wonderfully comfortable, stylish and timeless. Perfect.”

“I love the boots (jungla desert boots) these are my third pair (in different colours). They are so comfortable, the soles aren’t slippy and they are useful year round as they aren’t too hot or cold and are reasonable at keeping the damp out. The ladies in the shop are really lovely and helpful. I’m quite an anxious shopper and often go in on my own and they are attentive without being pushy. However with it being Christmas and covid I decided to try shopping online, the service was second to none, they arrived in lovely plastic free packaging the next day. I was so surprised to get such excellent service from a small business. I’ve always loved your range of shoes. Thank you rubyshoesday”

“Finally, I can give my old Shepherd slippers the Viking burial they deserve. Bit slow on the delivery front(not Ruby’s fault; I blame the Christmas GPO work-to-rule). A fantastic and as sensual slipper as you could ever imagine. My feet are now very happy; thank you RubyShoes Day x”
