“My first purchase from this company and I was very surprised at the amazing customer service. I placed my order and shortly afterwards got a call asking if I had read the shoe came up a little small. Thank goodness they did. I asked for a size larger and got them within 2 days. Inside the box was a lovely hand written thank you note and my beautiful new shoes. They fit perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Excellent quality shoes that are super comfy. Will buy again.”

“A lot of choice on the web for Shepherd slippers but I chose Ruby Shoe Days because they were maginally cheaper than others and offered free postage plus they are a Yorkshire business so I was buying local - not disappointed item came quickly well packed so well pleased”
