“Lovely tap and good buying process. There was some minor cosmetic damage to the back of the tap but as it cant be seen once installed we didnt flag it. That is the only reason 4 stars instead of 5.”

“Contact made with Rubberduck prior to ordering, good customer service and knowledge of product. Disappointed the product was damaged on arrival, however, appears that the damage was caused in delivery (so pleased I checked the product as soon as it was received!). Rubberduck resolved the issue and replaced the goods without delay.”

“I bought a Scudo Munro tall tap. It looks great in my refurbished en suite. Website had great choice at good prices. The only reason for the 4 star review was that I thought the delivery fee was a bit high, however it was prompt and I was kept informed at each step.”

“Arrived on time and safely. As told the delivery would only be to the door. It was very heavy so a bit of a struggle to get it indoors. Looks good quality but not unpacked or installed yet so can't say much more really.”
