“First time purchasing from Rubberduck. Had to ring a couple of times with questions, answered quickly, person I was to was most helpful and extremely polite. Advised product may take 2-3 days to arrive, it was at my door in less than 24hrs. Highly recommend”

“Superb service and a good price, I had a small issue with delivery damage from a third party, however this was dealt with very efficiently with the third party actually initiating the replacement having noticed the damage on delivery. I can understand and totally appreciate the damage as they were transporting very large panels with delicate edges, but the response and service to that damage for me was what counted and was sorted within two days with me having to do nothing - Well done - definitely will use again.”

“Doing up bathrooms and my builder hates tiling... so looked at shower walls. Rubber Duck has a huge range and there was a sale at the time too. But most importantly every time I rang for advice - several times over a few weeks - whoever answered the phone was friendly, chatty and informative. Couldn't have had better help and explanations to a total novice retiree. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Delivery was on time and free and the driver equally helpful.”

“New ceiling tiles, now put up. Joiner reckons they are the easiest things to work with and they look fab!! Have already recommended you to other people. Inexpensive to buy although delivery cost high but here in record time. Great job!!!”
