“Received my basin tap. Lovely tap really different the spout part moves to either side of the basin. Which is brilliant when cleaning teeth. Straight forward to fit. I had a plumber fit it and it took 40 mins.”

Hi John, Thanks for taking time to leave feedback. Your order was placed after cut off for next day delivery at 2:15pm on the 24th. That being said we still managed to get the item out the door with a dispatch notification going out to you in less than an hour at 3:11pm - Looking at the tracking info provided, your item arrived on the morning of the 26th. While we pay for a next day service with DHL, we cannot guarantee that they will complete the delivery. Which is why we provide ETA's and not guarantees around deliveries. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“Phone query answered quickly, order placed online (Saturday) and shower delivered within 24 hours of processing on Monday a.m. (will let you have Sunday off!). Was a bit concerend that your carrier of choice is DHL as we have had recent bad experience but this was on time as promised - to Cornwall! Thank you.”

“Price was very good vale and delivery fast - next day, I think. Maybe our bath panel got mistreated during delivery - the box looked fine on the outside though the delivery driver wanted to dump it by our front door (for his photo) rather than hand it to me as I asked him too. Result was some damage (1 sq cm) to one corner - and a small degree of warping. I was minded to return it to you once I'd opened the packaging, but thankfully I needed to cut 2cm off on end so the damage didn't matter. I can send you my photo if you wish. There is a 4mm warp though as the panel doesn't sit evenly under the side of my bath.”
