“I contacted Rubberduck before purchasing this bath panel about the diminsions. They came back quickly with the information I needed. From then on everything was easy. The panel arrived within 2 days and communincation was good. The panel itself is very good and made such a difference to the bathroom. Would definately use again.”

“Initial delivery on time but damaged due to inadequate packaging and also items missing. Replacement items delivered very quickly but again items missing. Very poor communication with emails unanswered. still waiting for missing items. Not what you expect from a UK based company selling via the internet. Very disappointing.”

Good morning Graham, We're very sorry to hear about the issues with your delivery. We can see some issues occured in transit to you which we can only apologise for. One of the biggest frustrations we have with being a retailer is the fact we rely on 3rd parties to deliver the goods we display across the website. We would love to be able to operate a UK distribution service for all our valued customers, the reality is the cost implications associated would be too high for us to remain competitive in the marketplace. Instead we use services such as FedEx, DHL and Pallet delivery services to get the items out. These services are tracked and customers can monitor the items in transit. “Fantastic service from start to finish. Jarred was very helpful in particular. He rang me to let me know that I had ordered a waste that was a different colour of brass and so wouldn’t match my other products. He advised which products would be suitable alternatives Really please with the radiator, taps and shower that we ordered. Delivery was also very quick”

“The cusomter service at Rubberduck bathrooms was excellent! I phoned initially to see if they could provide me with a walk in tub that would fit my small bathroom. After being assured this was possible I had several questions about delivery, (I dont live on the mainland) and about weight of the item as I live in an apartment complex on the 4th floor. The representative took the time to call the manufacturer to get answers for me and phoned me back within a few minutes. I rang again the following week to place my order and again received excellent service, with everything explained and all questions answered fully. I would not hesitate in recommending this company for your bathroom needs, they are the best!!”
