“Ordering stuff is fine and I expect usually works well. However, if there is a problem with your order then the customer service is awful. Don't expect them to call you back if they promise to. Most of original order didn't arrive. Four times I phoned about it and four times they did not get back to me. I had to re-order an item at my (great) expense to stop the job getting held up. Original part of order was then delivered with new order, having been stuck on courier's van for a couple of weeks. Despite a promise of a refund I never heard from them again. Plus promise of collecting duplicate, unwanted parts from my customer's house never happened. I appreciate that the problem originated with the courier from Abacus bathrooms but I paid my money to Rubberduck Bathrooms and I expected them to deal with it. So ease of ordering 100%, customer service 0%. Note to RubberDuck, keeping customers in the loop is good, ignoring them is not.”

“The service was prompt and efficient. Product choice enabled me to get exactly what I was looking for. Delivery driver was polite and helpful. Should I need bathroom equipment in the future, I shall certainly check Rubberduck Bathrooms first.”

“Rubberduck offer good value, a quality product and helpful, friendly staff. However, the delivery did not meet these criteria for a good Customer experience. We shall be buying from Rubberduck Bathrooms again. Hopefully, the delivery company will improve by reading the Customer's delivery instructions and save everyone unnecessary stress, frustration and disappointment!”

“Pleased with items and help I received when ordering though the 1st delivery of panels were a no show due to damage so were not sent but I had to make a couple of calls to find this out. Replacements sent quickly and were fine”

“Very prompt service - we managed to source a product from RubberDuck that came next day when the same product from a competitor had taken over 3 weeks. They really got us out of a hole as we nearly had no bathroom for Xmas! Thanks RubberDuck.”

“I was very pleased to find Rubberduck Bathrooms. We really like Burlington products and wanted an unusual bathroom basin. Rubberduck were the only people to stock the basin we wanted and it was great to get such friendly and efficient advice over the phone. The basin arrived well packaged and very quickly. I was very impressed with the service and have recommended Rubberduck to friends and relatives.”

“Initial delivery arrived with an essential part damaged. The replacement part promised for the following Friday. At 3pm I called the company. Told that the part would not be delivered until Monday.All this time workers were cancelled 3 times. They required to be payed. This was extremely inconvenient as I was unable to shower for 10 days !! Cash of £35.00 was paid to the installer. Compensation of this amount would be appreciated. Ian McCallum”
