Good Morning Panagiotis, We think you may have missed a couple of emails here. Looking at your order placed only 4 working days ago, we can see your order confirmation went out at the time of ordering with a dispatch confirmation following only a matter of hours later. If you check your dispatch email, you will find a tracking link which you can view to monitor your items in transit. Further to this, the courier will look to contact you VIA text to confirm delivery too. Looking at the details this morning, your order is due for delivery tomorrow. “Selected this store randomly & although the towel rail I ordered turned out to be out of stock, I was contacted by phone to solve the issue very swiftly. 2nd choice rail was dispatched that day & arrived 2 days later, using a trackable service. Love the rail & would highly recommend Rubberduck”

“Excellent service from Ashley. Transaction completed quickly, and more importantly, in a very pleasant and helpful way. Quality of screen superb, excellent value for money. Thank you Rubberduck. FedEx delivery not so good. Did not arrive when it should have done, in fact around 18 hours late on the following day. No tracking updates.”

“Very happy with everything. I was grateful for the friendly and honest advice given me regarding my purchase of wall panels and the subsequent process of online ordering was very easy. My specific requirements for a delivery date were honoured and they were subsequently delivered on time. The driver was as helpful as he could be given the understandable covid constraint that he couldn't enter the property and I knew that with my builder not on site it would be down to me to assist with the handling of the panels to the back door (and my wife helped me get them to the right room!). Installation all appeared to go well. Would definitely use RubberDuck again.”

“Amazing service. Due to transit the bath panel I ordered arrived damaged twice. The staff were really helpful when I contacted them nothing was too much trouble. On the third delivery the packaging they'd used to protect the panel was outstanding. A lot of care and attention given and really helpful. Would highly recommend brilliant service.”
