“This is the first time we have looked online for bathroom fittings having previously dealt with local bathroom shops. We are happy that we have saved some money doing it this time at Rubberduck. The ordering process was easy and delivery quick. The only drawback was the three items we ordered came direct from three different suppliers on three consecutive days, with time slots were between 8am and 6pm so we were tied up for three days. As we are retired it was not a big problem but if out at work it would have been. One supplier got part of the order wrong which meant another day waiting in, although the staff at Rubberduck handled the problem quickly and efficiently. Overall we were happy and would use them again. The quality of the items is very good.”

“Excellent service really quick delivery but think we made the mistake of buying a trade product so no directions came with the item. We bought the following to seal the joints of concrete boards in our shower… it didn’t want to stick went off as soon as you put it on so a right nightmare and waste of money in the end. I did ring first to see if it was suitable and was advised it was but feel that we should have stuck with silicon to seal the joints which is what we ended up using anyway 🤨 5m - Abacus Wet Room Waterproof Tanking Tape Abacus Pro-Seal Premix Waterproof Tape Sealing Compound 0.5L”
