“Generally Rubberduck are brilliant. One problem I do get though is when something is out of stock and an item is put on back order it gets forgotten and I have to end up chasing weeks after delivery was promised. Twice this has happened now and it is a tad irritating.”

“We placed a fairly large order with a number of items, and we are based in the Highlands of Scotland, I had to add a couple more items to my order a couple days later (didn't want to pay another deliverly charge) this was not a problem, the deliverly company that you use kept me in constant communcation regarding the arrival of my delivery. Every item on my order arrived without any damages would highly recommend Rubberduck Bathrooms. Can't comment on the products due to the items not haven't been fitted, but all look how they did online.”

“All items of my order eventually arrived in good condition, but the delivery of the order was less than ideal for a few reasons: 1. The order was shipped via two deliveries which I was not notified of beforehand, leading to confusion 2. The first delivery arrived with no notification of delivery day or time 3. The second order arrived outside of the 2-5 days delivery time frame, and it appears this was only shipped after I got in contact to enquire about the status of my order”

“A lot of very good stuff and I will be coming back for more. The only negative thing is your website, hard to initially find what you want. Only 4 categories and they don’t cover all areas. Also when you look at an item and then go back, you end up back at the start of that page and not to where you were unlike other sites.”
