“Found RubberDuck Bathrooms online after the bath I wanted was out of stock from a major retailer. The service has been great and the staff I dealt with by telephone were so helpful! It’s actually great to talk to staff by phone as apposed to online chats and email! Traditional sales and a great customer experience at its best. Thank you.”

“Found this website to be very competitive price wise , easy to navigate to compare products . Anyway ordered shower wall , trims and sticky stuff . When invoice was emailed an hour later noticed I had omitted some trims . Rang them immediately and very helpful sales guy added these items to my original order so I did not get hit twice for delivery . Courier kept me updated and goods arrived in perfect condition on time with a very chirpy driver . Brill company to deal with recommend.”

“The one hour notification of delivery time by the driver is not overly satisfactory. I had to go out and had to arrange for colleague to sit in my house until the phone rang. Fortunately the delivery was around mid morning. An email overnight or early morning stating am or pm delivery may be helpful and does not discount the driving phoning.”
