Our Noble vanity unit and mirror cabinet were all delivered on the right day, just to the wrong address, which meant that we had to go and collect them from a very confused old lady. The mirror cabinet was damaged. Two weeks later we are still waiting for a replacement. The guy we are dealing with is helpful but we still do not know when we will be receiving our replacement.

Nothing like the description and £100 to send it back, ordering bathroom supplies is not economical.

Hi Sir, apologies that you feel this is the case, the images are supplied by the manufacturer and do reflect the item although different monitors can impact on how the image shows due to different resolutions and displays, this is not something we can remedy but we could have provided samples if requested so you could look at the finish in the flesh before the item was purchased. The item has also been checked and confirmed as the same product as imaged and the sizes match the description in full, we apologise that you feel this item isn't as described however all the details match the style, and size of the unit accurately. When customers want to return items the cost is the customers to bear, we incur these sorts of costs to send large units such as this to end users but cannot cover these costs to return an item that a customer doesn't want once received, as a discount retailer the margin we have is generally used to offer competitive rates, leaving us with small wiggle room to be able to cover return costs when an item is no longer required but apologise if you feel the return costs are not something you should have to bear..

Ordered a basin cabinet and didn't ,realise it did not come with waste and sink plug .i should have been told this, its a good job the plumber was held up other wise it would have been a nightmare

Hi, thanks for your review, however we feel this is not a fair representation of the order process, you attended our store to look at units and were helped by one of our showroom agents, we were not made aware you required a tap and waste to be provided, if we were we would of discussed options with you. There are no units that are provided with taps and wastes generally except special multi buy offers due to the different set ups that customers can have, this relates to whether customers want 1, 2 or 3 tap set ups which necessitates 1,2 or 3 tap holes being drilled, some customers also want to drill an overflow where a different type of waste would be required to stop the overflow from flooding the bathroom when in use. Due to the above we can’t assume what set up you require and are unable to provide taps and wastes with the basins and units as there are too many options and styles available. If we were made aware that you required a tap and a waste being provided we would of course looked to offer you some options to choose from as we are always looking to increase our sales, but we also try not to be pushy and sell items to customers that they do not want or need so would not push other products on to you without there being a verbal cue or another indication that you required these parts also as in a lot of cases our customers have taps picked out already for when the unit is installed.

Hi, Thanks for your review, Please accept our apologies regarding the issue with this delivery, i wanted to log why we had to investigate this further, the courier provided us with a signed proof of delivery signed for by an individual and it was listed as occurring at your premises, we sent you this POD to show the detail we had been given. When we spoke with the contact at your company it was confirmed that you had a person by the same / almost identical name as on the signed POD on the staff at the premises , due to this we were unable to re dispatch the product as it was a high value item until this issue was investigated. It was during this investigation that it came to light that the item was still stored in the distributors depot, we are unsure with regards to the POD and how this situation arose but as soon as we had the details confirmed i emailed to confirm this was resolved and the item would be with you within 24 hours. I apologise for your experience however due to the details given by the courier we were unable to progress this until it had been investigated fully.

Not a very good start to trading with Rubberduck Bathrooms, placed an order for 2nr shower trays way before their advertised cut of time for next day delivery only to receive an email at 16.57pm to advise my delivery will be 2 days instead of next day, on the second day only one shower tray delivered and advised I will have to wait another two days for delivery, not a good start especially as refurbing a hotel and a lot more of these will be required, I think I will make my way back to Victorian plumbing.

Hi Sir, Please accept our apology for the issue with this order, the items come directly from the UK distributor of Zamori to our end users, the order was placed with us at 10.56 am and sent to the distributor for dispatch within 20 minutes, however due to a slight delay in the item being processed at the distributors it missed the 2 pm courier collection cut off time for a next day service, this is not to pass the buck, as the retailer we accept we detailed it is a next day delivery and this is our error but felt it important to detail the process this order went through, unfortunately,as well as the issue with dispatch occurring, the quantity was also incorrectly processed as 1 rather than 2. We apologise for these issues, the majority of orders go without a hitch and we regret that there was an issue with this order as we understand the issues a situation such as this can cause.

Although happy with actual item ordered at NO point did I receive an email advising that the item - an extremely heavy shower tray was going to be delivered today - it is EXTREMELY FORTUNATE THAT I WAS ACTUALLY IN TO RECEIVE the item so sorry, hence the poor rating -I find it unacceptable that I was not advised of delivery day. Appreciate a time is not usually specified but come on customer services, should have advised of the day of delivery. Be careful if ordering, make sure you have no job or family commitments and are pretty much house bound so you dont miss your delivery. Unable to rate higher due to lack of contact from customer services regarding delivery.

Ordered everything OK and helpful staff when I asked questions. Was then contacted ahead of my delivery date and was asked whether I would be able to help the driver unload on the day, no problem there. On the delivery day the driver informs me that they are unable to help me move any of the items away from the kerbside as the company have chosen not to include for this in their insurance. I wasn't told about this in advance and I was bloody lucky that I had ordered the majority of the bathroom from another site (who carried it into the bathroom for me) as I hadn't arranged for anyone else to help me. In addition the Shower Wall was poorly packed with only thin cardboard around it. The card was damaged before arriving and the shower wall was scratched in several places. Luckily the scratches were in areas of wastage as I was having the product installed the next day so would not have had time to arrange for a replacement in time. In short, value and sales excellent but packaging, care of items and delivery insufficient which is disappointing for high priced items.

Hi Sir, Thanks for your review, the details that we ask customers to agree to at checkout details that the driver is not insured to leave the roadside and is unable to assist customers with moving items in to the house, as they are not insured and it can cause issues if damages occurred etc within the property, however to ensure you were aware of this we also emailed you with the delivery date detailing: "Thank you for ordering from Rubberduck Bathrooms, your item/s are being dispatched for delivery directly by our distributor, your delivery date is MONDAY 4TH MARCH. Please note that our deliveries must be signed for and are 'kerbside only'. This means the driver can offload your goods to the kerbside but has no insurance to be able to assist with the transport of goods away from the kerbside into your storage location. Therefore, you must ensure you have the appropriate personnel with you at the time of delivery to assist you in moving the goods to your desired location. Regards, Rubberduck Bathrooms" Regarding the damage detailed above, we have no record until now that there was an issue, if you had advised us of issues we would of course replaced the item or looked to see what could be done if you did not have the time to wait for replacements but we were not told, the items are unable to be packed in such a way as to protect them in transit without the costs being considerably higher however as detailed if you had advised us of the issues we would of looked to resolve them. I am sorry you feel the service was below what is expected but we feel we advised you of the delivery issues ion plenty of time and would of resolved the damaged item/s if we were made aware.

Disappointing customer service. Vanity unit was delivered incomplete with missing legs and towel rail. Unable to offer any solution due to it being signed for. We have been renovating a house so didn’t fit the bathroom until a month or so after delivery so we missed the cut off point for return. So we now have an incomplete vanity unit..... good customer service would of been to have provided me with the product I paid for.

Hi, Please accept my apologies if you feel disappointed with the service you have received, it was myself who followed up and looked in to this, i wanted to detail why we couldn't replace the items legs/towel rail. The item was dispatched to you on the 3rd January on a next day service, it wasn't until the 11th February that you contacted us to advise that the legs/frame had not been delivered, I contacted the manufacturer who dispatched the item on our behalf who confirmed that all items had been clearly listed on the delivery note and signed for at the point of delivery. Due to this item being signed for as received and not detailed as missing until 5 weeks after delivery, the manufacturer will not replace the part in question, while we look to resolve issues ASAP for our customers to ensure our service is as high as it can be, we cannot as an independent retailer afford to purchase the disputed part again to send this out free of charge, we ask customers to check items at the point of delivery and advise us within 2-3 days of any discrepancies regarding damages or missing items, after this time we cannot replace items without purchasing them. I accept that you were not ready to have the items fitted at the point of delivery however spending 5-10 minutes to inspect the items once received before the items were stored would of ensured that we could of been aware of the issue and have a replacement sent to you within a couple of days ensure you had the parts required for when the installation took place. I apologise for the frustration with this but feel we have been fair regarding this situation however must work within certain constraints when it comes to notification of missing items at the delivery point.

Nuance panels are a very high-end panel and generally we have no issues with regards to the quality of this brand, I have reviewed your order and can not see that we were ever made aware of any issues with the panels, when we are advised of issues we would look to arrange replacements and take the defective panels back for investigation however apologies regarding your experience with these...

Wetwall board delivered with longitudinal bowing. Rubberduck indicated they would have contacted the manufacturer if contacted within the 24hrs of delivery. Had already taken one whole day off to get delivery, could not afford another day and all the messing around so ended up weighting if down flat and waiting it out. Disappointed

Customer services are poor. We were told on three separate occassions that we would get a call back and never did. The delivery services was really poor. They turned up twice on days which had not been arranged so consequently we weren't in and when it finally turned up on the right day, I had to help the delivery driver carry the items into my house! Not very happy. Didn't even get an apology.

Service from Rubberduck was good however they passed the order to Eastbrook and it all went downhill. I got my bath delivered to the side of a nearby road as they only deliver on huge wagons despite being advised not to. This was the second attempt so I had to take a few hours off work to meet the driver. Poor

Placed order for shower curtain hooks on 4th Nov and paid £7 post and packing. Received an email confirmation by return. Heard nothing further regarding despatch so called them on 8th November to be advised out of stock. Were awaiting supply and had chased up supplier. Received 10th Nov. Very poor service as I could/should have been advised by email of the stock situation sooner. Postage was £1.01, 1st class paid. In the circumstances I think that the £7.00 charge was excessive. I requested some redress when I spoke to them on 8th Nov but nothing further heard. Very poor standard of online service in my opinion.

Ordered shower wall panels that were out of stock for 5 weeks was offered alternatives, these turned up within a few days but no one contacted to tell me what day they would be turning up.......... until half hour before they arrived..... so no one was home

Why do some sites advertise products they do not have in stock? Good price on a radiator, however received a phone call informing me they were awaiting further stocks and it would be dispatched in a weeks time. Still waiting! If you don't have it, state that in your website!

Limited delivery times, wife took day off to accept delivery and then the items didn't arrive! The sales staff apologised but could offer no explanation why this happened. NO option to deliver on set day or time. cancelled order and got full refund.

The delivery packaging stated 2MAN lift, an elderly driver delivered it in his own with great difficulty! On inspecting the delivery,after the driver had struggled off, I found several dents in the main packaging, which when opened revealed puncture holes in the sheet. the capping and corner rails packaging was okay but only 1 corner metal rail was included, no good on a 3 panel delivery!!
