“Rubber duck where excellent only part of my delivery turned up. This was direct from the supplier however rubber duck pushed and the remainder of my order was delivered on the Saturday. They were very helpful and really pro active. Excellent service I would highly recommend them.”

“Good & correct product offered to use to assist with the Wetwall acrylic panel installation warranty. Situation with non-delivery of product out of their control but they apologized and sorted the problem quickly on my behalf and product was delivered. Very pleased with Rubberduck Bathrooms Ltd.”

Everyone was really helpful, polite and efficient, especially when dealing with replacing items that had been carelessly damaged by their third-party couriers (despite being adequately packaged).
