“I can not recommend Rubberduck Bathrooms highly enough. Not only are their prices extremely competitive, their service is fantastic. No question about my purchase went unanswered and never did they show any signs of frustration, unlike some other retailers when problems occur. They saw the issue with the manufacturer to a positive conclusion. Thank you, I will definitely be using them again.”

“The bath panel arrived very well packed. Unfortunately there was a small, half a little finger size, dent on one side and this must have been present before it was packed. The dent was very near to the edge of the panel and was unnoticeable when fitted, as under lip of the bath. Would have been sent back otherwise”

Hi William, We're very sorry to hear about the damage to your bath panel! The panels arrive pre-boxed supplied directly by the manufacturer. We then look to apply extra package protection before sending them out using a tracked next day service. We do check an amount as they come in to us for QC purposes and it's very rare that we find any issues. In the rare instance there are any issues, we send out free of charge replacements ASAP. “Absolutely brilliantl delivery: website 2 -5 days delivery time. I ordered 12pm and product arrived next day before 14:00. Only when ordering I ask for speedy delivery but can’t get it any faster. Would highly recommend.”

“We used these guys some 13 years ago & went back as the boards we used back then were as good when we sold the property 14 years later. The Staff are great, happy to talk through all the options. I rang in three times to match an old pannel of 13 years ago, they even sent samples & spent time helping us, they also suggested a cheaper option that looked the same. The Shower board we bought this time & last time was a Multi Panel Frost white (which gives it a pattern without looking busy or plane) was amazing it was exactly the same as we had before & unlike you would think comes in all sizes including a large one board like plasterboard size not just skinny strips as the name suggests. Thanks guys were really happy, will be back next time for our next self-build thanks for being so very patient & helpful & for selling an amazing product that stood the test of time. We also bought the end caps & internal corners as we did last time. These are expensive but we bought them last time so did the same this time. Happy to recommend Rubberduck bathrooms :)”

“Great customer service. The goods were damaged on transit and stuck at the fedex depot. I rang Rubberduck and they immediately sent me a replacement which arrived the next day. No questions asked.”
