“I've bought from Rubberduck Bathrooms a few times now. They have a range of high quality products that are delivered quickly. I was especially grateful to them for quickly resolving an issue - a tub of tanking membrane had burst during shipment. After requesting a replacement, RB called me and offered to either replace like-for-like plus a wait time until it was back in stock, or immediately ship a higher quality product that was in stock at no extra charge. I took the latter :P I really appreciate this gesture - shows the worth of a business in my opinion.”
