Good morning Chris, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We can see your order was placed late Friday afternoon for an item that carries a 2-5 working day ETA. An email came in to us on the Wednesday around 3pm asking for an ETA. This was responded to the next day, with a read receipt from yourself to say it was picked up. We appreciate it can be frustrating waiting for a response at times, which is why we operate a telephone line for all customers who need an urgent update or any information pre-sale. It's a shame we didn't receive a positive review from the previous excellent service but such is life these days. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“Wanted a very hard to find shower trim , got it !! Only hitch was because the item was 2.4mtrs long and that was all I needed postage was quite high but this was the only supplier so it was what it was .”
