“I underwent a major surgery two months ago and was advised to change our bathroom to a wet room for my safety and ease of accessibility. In looking through the Web, I came across the Rubberduck Bathrooms and was impressed how easy it was to navigate their website and the array of products they offer. They have a dedicated number for new enquiries which was immediately answered, and I’ve spoken to Gary who made me comfortable in discussing what we require to convert from bathtub to a wet room. Gary was very attentive and polite to listen to our project and made recommendations and advice on the items that we may need in terms of shower panels, glass screens and shower tray. Unlike other companies, at no point in our conversation did Gary appear to rush me into making a decision. In fact, each time I called he gave me the chance to review and precisely measure up to avoid any mistakes before ordering. Having considered all the advice from Gary, we completed our order and the delivery came through within a week except for the much larger shower tray we had selected which had to be specially moulded. The service we received from Gary was impeccable throughout — from the very honest and competitive pricing to the prompt communication in the delivery of the products. So happy with Rubberduck Bathrooms, that in the middle of the installation of the wet room, we made a second purchase of Neptune Gloss Cladding and this time spoke to Ashley who was equally very helpful in completing our order. Overall, we are very pleased to have used Rubberduck Bathrooms and we will not hesitate to recommend their expertise as they provide honest and unbiased opinion anything to do with bathrooms, Thank You Gary & Ashley!”

“I have had a couple of orders - great service. On one of them the courier delivered to the wrong flat who denied having received anything (an issue i have sadly had before in our building) and when i told Rubberduck their customer service quickly arranged a replacement without issue or charge. Products all received as expected.”

“I found the website extremely easy to use, found exactly the product we needed (at a cheaper rate than some other sites), and was able to place an order quickly and efficiently.
