Firstly, let me apologise for the delay in receiving your order. This hold up was down to situations beyond our control (illness, snow and flooding) we did attempt to email yourself and reply to email queries to inform of the delays but these may have ended up in SPAM emails boxes. We would like to remind all customers to CHECK SPAM BOXES and set us to not spam if we are flagged in spam checkers. You should receive you item today as Parcel force tracking shows you have confirmed and booked delivery for today. Again, we’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused from the delay

I appreciate that covid may have had an impact of your delivery but why does yourcwebsitecshow delivery 2 to 5 days? Its only when you place your orer that 2 days later you get an email to say the delivery is in 2 weeks. Add to that, the delivery didn't arrive today as advised. Not a great start.

I was really impressed at first, the efforts that your sales staff made to source the item I needed quickly (after being let down by another supplier), however that quickly changed when I was promised delivery in two consignments, on a certain date, after paying £90 for two urgent delivery charges, and then found that the full consignment came all at once, a week later than promised. So I really paid £90 to receive my goods in what would have been a standard delivery - which should be free. I understand that things are difficult just now - but don't over promise and under deliver, and then charge your customers a fortune for it! Not at all impressed.

Hi Very confused and anxious. I ordered 4 packs. FedEx delivered 1 package should have been 2 package. I have been on the phone to Rubberuck and FedEx. I am told by staff at Rubberduck next package will be delivered before 6pm.

Rubberduck sent me an email saying one of my orders was out of stock, I therefore ordered an alternative product with another company. The alternative order arrived, and the next day I received tracking information of my Rubberduck order. All ending up with too many products! So i needed to spend time on the phone to return an order. No apology from Rubberduck or compensation.

The staff are very pleasant, however as yet I have only received part of my order, and have no idea where the rest if it is. So the 2 star rating is reflective of that. Its advisable that you don't sent review emails to customers who have not yet received the products you are asking them to review!

Unfortunatly after almost two weeks when I rang I was told that the item I had ordered had been sold but I had not been contacted to be advised by telephone or email. Once I had made contact I was refunded immediately, need to keep on top of their orders.

Hi Richard, We're sorry to hear you've not been happy with your recent order placed during Black Friday week. Having taken a look, we can see the mixer on the order was a clearance item which was heavily discounted at £27.60, to help move the stock. As soon as we realised the item was no longer available and we could not source another from our supplier, a refund was processed. All this happened within 7 working days of you placing your order. Under normal circumstances, we'd have spotted the discrepancy and processed the refund much quicker. However, as it was Black Friday week and the UK was in lockdown, unavoidable delays are to be expected while chasing info unfortunately. Again, we're sorry for any inconvenience caused. The website said 4day delivery, after 7 days I rang and was promised a callback which never came. After 9 days my order was delivered to my clients address. The delivery driver stood by while the lady, in her fifties ,had to unload shower panels with her sons help, from his truck. Needless to say I will shop elsewhere in future.

On looking in to your order we can see that the items you purchased were delivered direct by the manufacturer. Under normal circumstances, the supplier would've reached out to arrange a time/date that suited you best but it doesn't look to be the case here. I ordered a combination WC and Basin unit from Rubber Duck. I received confirmation and a delivery date of 18th Nov, which was fine. (The chosen sistern arrived earlier by post!) Delivery arrived as promised, however the WC and seat were not the ones I ordered and there was no Basin at all! I telephoned and emailed both customer services and Rubberduck to advise. i received the correct WC 2 days later (Friday) but no seat. Telephoned again. Monday 23rd I received the basin but still no seat! I have telephoned Rubberduck 3 times since, each time I was promised a call back which I am yet to receive. It is now Saturday 28th, I am very disappointed as the bathroom is completed apart from the toilet seat which I am still waiting for.

I ordered a shower tray on 4 November and on 5 November received a call to say the item was out of stock, but would be arriving with them on 12 November and they would deliver to me on 13 November or, if not, definitely 16 November. I have now been informed that the shower tray will be with them 19 or 20 November. In the meantime, I am left without a shower (the shower was replacing our bath due to my husband’s mobility problems) and the plumber and tiler have had to leave as I was paying for their time and they cannot proceed without the shower tray. I have today to start sourcing an alternative supplier as I am not confident that I will receive my goods in the near future.

I’m still waiting for the item I placed and ordered for some 2-3 weeks ago to be delivered Which was a shower tray No Moe Leaks kit. I’ve even phoned Rubberduck Bathrooms to inquire about the delivery date for this item and keep being told shortly all being well.

Product arrived quickly but the hoses from tap to water supply were the wrong type and too short. I had to purchase new hoses for £25 as well as plummer's time

I still haven’t received my order. I had to email twice before getting a response and was then told I would receive it on a particular day. That day in question arrived and still no delivery. I emailed two days later to be told you would look into it for me. I’m yet to receive an update.

Hi Eleanor, Apologies for the late reply and for the delay on delivery. We received your email over the weekend and it wasn't picked up by the team until the Monday. We did chase for an update with the manufacturer but they are not operating a telephone system meaning they are not too quick to respond. Before I ordered a shower set from Rubberduck I phoned up your office and was assured that you had the required item in stock so I was a bit annoyed when I was told a couple of days later that you were unable to supply and couldn’t give a lead time. I therefore had to cancel my order and source a similar item elsewhere

Unfortunately, as we connect to a number of top quality bathroom suppliers across the UK, the items do come in and out of stock quite frequently even more so given how busy the trade is currently. At the time of your call, we reached out on your behalf and the stock was available as instructed. Hi Andy, We're sorry to hear about the delay on receiving your order in full. Having looked in to things, we can see all items that were dispatched from our warehouse arrived in a timely fashion and without issue less for a deflector panel, which had a slight delay due to stock availability. This was delayed further because the panel that you originally ordered was a right hand version and, after calling to confirm the item for dispatch, you mentioned you actually needed a left hand version. While we endeavour to ensure all customers receive their items ASAP we can't really do much when an order is placed in error. We hope you enjoy your new bathroom Andy. I was promised a delivery on placing my order of 4/5 days. Then received a call 22/09 stating that the order as placed could not be processed due to not being in stock. I was told that a upgrade was available at no extra cost to me. I advised that my Plumber was working to a tight schedule and I needed confirmation that the order would be delivered in time. I was asked to confirm the date the Plumber was starting which he confirmed as 5th Oct and I rang your contact number and confirmed with a lady the date. She said this would not be a problem as the stock should be in by then. I went to the Redcar shop this morning - 29/09 - to check and was told they would check the warehouse. When I returned home I got a call stating you could not provide what had been ordered or the alternate mentioned previously but another alternative was mentioned and I was asked to go back to the shop. When I returned I could only see online photos and advised I needed to see what I was buying. A call was then made to another office and the guy at Redcar was advised my original order was expected this pm and he would confirm later. I advised that due to my Plumbers work schedule I needed confirmation or I would need to cancel the order and reschedule with the Plumber and reorder where I could actually see the item I was buying. Feeling as if I am being fobbed off now.
