“This is the second time I have used Rubberduck Bathrooms and they have once again demonstrated the value of going with a company that has people who can answer the telephone to sort stuff out. The courier companies were an issue this time around and a couple of items from other suppliers arrived damaged. When buying this sort of kit it is a essential to have a customer service department which can solve the inevitable supply problems, specially at the moment thanks to Brexit.”
