“Initial delivery arrived with an essential part damaged. The replacement part promised for the following Friday. At 3pm I called the company. Told that the part would not be delivered until Monday.All this time workers were cancelled 3 times. They required to be payed. This was extremely inconvenient as I was unable to shower for 10 days !! Cash of £35.00 was paid to the installer. Compensation of this amount would be appreciated. Ian McCallum”

“We ordered a replacement towel radiator. The radiator delivered was exactly as described with accurate measurements and is a good quality. We had a small delivery query which was dealt with helpfully and quickly by phone. We would use Rubberduck again when needed.”
