“Product is excellent but the sealant for around the bath wasn’t good and my builder wouldn’t use it. Also, I should have been told about the trims which I then ordered elsewhere. Delivery time needs to be quicker. No suppliers in my area also isn’t good.”

“We purchased a kitchen tap. In arrival the box had been damaged and part of the tap had broken. On emailing with pictures Rubberduck sent out a replacement which was perfect.”

“We have had quite a complicated set of requirements to finish our bathroom. The guys at Rubberduck went above and beyond helping resolve problems, everything taken care of and orders arriving promptly. Communication with the company is excellent. We have another bathroom to fit out and we will be using Rubberduck for sure.”

“Competitive price of multi panels and quick delivery when ordered first time. However when I tried to order smaller sized shower panels later on the price was much higher so had to order from elsewhere.”
