“Only noticed the delivery of ceiling boards I purchased and was delivered last month were 2 packs short. So, phoned them last Tuesday and explained that I was 2 packs short ---- to be honest, was expecting a load of hassle---- but no, so very helpfull , said they would look into it --- heard today the 2 packs are being delivered tomorrow direct from the manufactuer, the original.courier had not made tge delivery in full. Excellent customer services. Highly recommend as I have received exceptional.service considering I did not check the delivery correctly at yge time”

“Lovely tap and good buying process. There was some minor cosmetic damage to the back of the tap but as it cant be seen once installed we didnt flag it. That is the only reason 4 stars instead of 5.”
