“Everything I have purchased has been of the highest quality and delivery has been excellent they also had a lot of things I needed for my bathroom refurbishment that a lot of the bigger companies did not will definitely use them again”

“The sheet arrived with a dent in the middle of it, fortunately the back not the front. There was a crack on one of the short edges, fortunately it was possible to trim to not use it. Apart from that we were very pleased that the pattern matched what we required and it arrived very quickly.”

Hi Peter, We're very sorry to hear about the issue with damage during delivery. Had we been made aware, we would have happily replaced your panel without delay. The manufacturer packs these items using heavy cardboard protection which helps to heavily reduce damages reported on these items. We are aware however that, during times of increased demand on courier networks, damages can occur a little more often. Again, we're sorry you've not had the normal Rubberduck experience Peter. “I had never used Rubberduck Bathrooms before, but there price for Nuance shower wall was difficult to beat. Products arrived within 3 days of ordering, delivery driver was very careful when unloading Panels. Really pleased with service. Used them twice since for new bar shower, tray and basin.”

“On the whole I find Rubber Duck Bathrooms pretty good. They did promise to call me back a couple of times and didnt but it sounds like they were v busy. I would like the delivery messages that go out to say that it is for a Rubber Duck Delivery as you dont know what its in relation to if you are doing a lot of online ordering.”
