“Bought a bath panel which arrived with some damage. They sent a new one out and it looks great. Would have given 5 stars if there was some sort of basic automated email response confirming the report of a damaged delivery. I was chasing them for a few days without knowing what was going on or if i was getting a replacement. They were very nice on the phone and were actively working on the replacement, just was a faff to find out.”

“I would recommend Rubber Duck Redcar 100% From visiting the shop on the High St the staff were very helpful. Michael came out and gave me great advice on refitting the bathroom. The who process went smoothly. Great shower & larger cubicle than I had before. Quality furniture & sink plus bath taps to match. Fitters tidied up after them and did a great job and to finish the tiling was perfect. Thank you & Happy New Year.”

“Great price, great service Shopped around for another, cheaper bathroom supplier but RB were cheaper than others I had found. I ordered an entire new bathroom, all online so very much depended on accurate descriptions and measurements on RB's website. Everything arrived on the delivery date I had chosen. I messed up ordering a couple of items (wrong radiator valves, duplicate sink valves etc) but RB were extremely helpful with returns and refunds. Whenever I phoned for advice or queries, the staff were really helpful. I would recommend RD to anyone.”
