“This was the first time I have used Rubberduck Bathrooms. I needed a replacement bath shower/mixer tap and found the ideal one on their website at a very reasonable price. Online ordering and payment was quick and easy. The order came by courier on the day expected. The tap was well-packaged and in perfect condition. A thumbs up from me.”

“This tap was what I had been looking for for ages. It has a swivel spout the moves out of the way when you need to rinse your face etc. Others have this feature but are old fashioned and cumbersome. I am really pleased with my purchase.”

“Delivery midday, no call to give eta, packed well on pallet,no apparent damage to packaging, some damage to pallet so bit worried about what I might find as some glass doors included with shower. Contents were packed well and no damage found and all parts seem to be there. Initial contact with rubberduck was found to be informed and helpful, thanks goes to Ashley. Can't comment on product as no put it together yet,but will when complete.”

“I ordered 3 worktops and 2 wall panels in their sale. They held on to them until needed and replaced one bowed worktop the next day. Good price, helpful sales team and helpful delivery company. I was very pleased with their service and I would use them again.”

“I can't give Rubberduck any less than 5 stars, I'd score higher if I could. I ordered a waterproof bath panel, which arrived the next, it was well packaged but unfortunately had clearly been hit during delivery. That's outside Rubberduck's control, but it gives you a good chance to test customer service. I'm please to say that they were absolutely excellent. They dispatched another panel immediately, which arrived with me the next day. I don't think NASA could have packed the panel more carefully - it really was first-rate.”

Good morning Gary, We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with a recent purchase. Looking back at your order and email exchanges, you had requested a replacement shower arm as your fitter had damaged the nut used to secure the existing one supplied during fitting. This damage was reportedly caused due to the fact that a washer supplied in the fitting pack was "too small" and the fitter needed to replace that part with a larger washer before tightening in place. You went on to explain that the fitter had used an adjustable spanner directly on the metal surface and caused damage to the the nut. You agreed this was naive from the fitter but hoped we could replace regardless. It was explained that the installation guide provided specifically details not to use metal on metal when looking to tighten that section, as it could cause surface damage. While we were understanding of the situation, it was unfortunate that we could not replace the item free of charge. We appreciate it can be frustrating when issues arise during fitting but as a retailer we have done all we can to help in this instance. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team
