“Needed a tap for bathroom basin ...website stated this was suitable for most hot water systems so thought I'd phone up and check that the hoses were 10mm diameter and not 6mm like most..(we have an old immersion heater and not a boiler...and was advised by our plumber we needed a tap with 10mm hoses) man assured me they were....clearly 6mm hoses when it arrived.....however holes in tap looked bigger so had it fitted anyway.”

“Easy website, description of product very good. Paid a lot for carriage and wouldn’t use their courier again. Roughly £30 for product and £22 for delivery. There was an 3 day delivery guarantee but took 4 days. Anyway all good now.”

“Bought the univeral shower holder. Arrived very quickly via DHL. It was sent to the tenants and they installed it themselves and up until now it seems to be holding up fine, so can only recommend the product and this company.”

“Easy ordering service & great to be able to talk to a person on the phone rather than technology. Ordered a brushed brass shower, towel rail & shower screen ….. so pleased with the quality, very solid & looks stunning also has lifetime guarantee (apart from washers etc) It’s been admired by all the family who want to order the same for their upcoming projects . I can’t post a picture yet as not completely finished . Fabulous - would highly recommend.”
