“The service was first class however I returned both items as when I opened my shower glass it was 10mm and the box displayed 8mm so I had to return both items, I dropped them into the Middlesbrough depot on Saturday 21st of September however I have had no refund yet?”

Good morning Kenny, Sorry to hear you've been unhappy with the service provided. We can see your order for a shower seal was placed with us on the evening of the 8th of August. It was dispatched using next day service on the 9th and delivered without issue. We can see your return request and instructions were sent over on the 14th, but not sure if we heard anything since then. I'll ask the warehouse team to check the returns dept for your item - the shipping label may have come loose or damaged in transit but we'll get to the bottom of it. Once located a refund will be processed without delay. “The Burlington Trafalgar R1 CHR radiator was supplied very quickly and at a good price. My review was delayed as it was only opened and successfully installed on the 25th of September by a plumber.”

“Great knowledge, service and pricing from square one when purchasing a complete bathroom. Better still was the service when suppliers go wrong and send out faulty products.... twice! I cannot fault the consideration and service levels offered by all at Rubberduck to get things sorted as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.... Many thanks again.”

“I ordered seven splashpanels to fit over the tiles of my three pre-existing showers. Items arrived within a week. It took me awhile to set fitting it. I decided not to use the recommended fixing and sealant material but instead used fixall. The panel is light to carry and once initialy skeptical but was reassured by customer service. Once fixed to the wall (over the tile) it is in fact quite sturdy. I decided to buy separate chrome trims from our local DIY shop which is more sturdier and better cosmetic effect. Overall I was very pleased with the service and the panels. Please be aware that one has to arrange a courier should you decided to return the product so make sure you know what you are ordering. Fortunately I was happy with the panels.”
