Hi Barry, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback - we think you may have us confused with another supplier however. We can see an order from yourself came in to us on Wednesday last week, for an item that carries a 2-5 working day lead time. That being said, the item was dispatched the same day of ordering with a notification and tracking details being sent to yourself, so should be due to arrive any time now. “Goods delivery finally delivered 3 weeks late. Lots of chasing, little compensation other than sorry. Apparently it's OK to sell goods you don't actually have in the country!”

Hi Kath, We're very sorry to hear about the delay with your unit. As a retailer we agree, it's very frustrating having to inform customers of delays from manufacturers after we place the order with them, rather than before. When we were informed of the delay we reached out to the manufacturer immediately for an update. Then we contacted you and changed the availability of the listing displayed to reflect an out of stock message. Given how heavily we discount the items ordered and the fact we applied a further discount to your order too, we could not offer anything further as a goodwill gesture unfortunately. We can see your order was placed with us over the bank holiday weekend and we dispatched your item on a tracked next day service when we opened again on the Tuesday morning. We do our best to dispatch items as quick as possible and we do pay for a next day service, as shown in the dispatch and tracking info provided.
