“Rubberduck Bathrooms delivery was swift, however the shower caddy we bought is not fit for purpose. Product do not stand up in the caddy they keep falling over because the wire supprots are too far apart, the front is also too low so products are unsuppoerted and fall. It was very expesnsive and expected more from it.”

“The actual bath is not the problem it was the delivery damaging my property because the man delivering the bath thought it was a good idea to bring the bath through the house to the garden instead of taking it down the side path where there is plenty of room because he wouldn’t take the bath upstairs,he’s damaged my door frame & chipped my walls because of barging it through my house & even damaged my door wreath and just left it on the floor without a care in the world & also the bath and side panels were sent by 2 different delivery companies on different days”

Hi Kathryn, We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service provided. We fully appreciate the frustration here however, the delivery service paid for was to the kerbside only. This means drivers are not insured nor obliged to enter the property at all. If they do so it is based on the goodwill of the driver and any risk in terms of damage is taken on by the customer requesting them to. To help our customers make informed decisions we detail this across the website pre-sale and in all emails sent after placing your order too. “Happy with product. There was a hiccup with the delivery of it. Product was out of stock when ordered. I was told two weeks wait. It didn't arrive even well after the two weeks, but this was partly my fault. I refused to answer a call that showed as suspect. It turned out that it was couriers advising delivery time. Perhaps some back- up plan to avert this occurrence in future could be arranged. When I spoke to the admin team wondering why my delivery had not arrived they were very efficient and friendly.”

Hi Brandon, We're sorry to hear the part ordered did not fit. We do feel the service rating here is a little low considering we can see you placed your order late evening and the item was dispatched using a tracked next day service within 20 minutes of opening the next morning. On the product page we detail the specs and show a video of how the item is used to help with decision making prior to placing your order too. “Ordered a shower and when we went to fit noticed an issue with the riser hight section asked to see if we could return was refused this and any help. Have now had to source additional parts to make the shower work. Will avoid this company again and don’t bother calling them they are just rude and don’t care. The instructions are clearly wrong for the item.”

As explained during the call, once a shower valve has been installed on the wall we cannot then accept a return and offer a refund for the installed item. This is because the item cannot be resold and the cost that we paid for the item and the delivery service used cannot be recouped. To help customers make informed decisions, we provide detailed technical details/installation guides on our product pages and unlike most we operate a telephone line too. We always recommend reviewing these aspects or giving us a call to ensure the product suits your needs prior to placing your order. Hi David, We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive the wrong item and then face delays with the replacement. On being notified of the issue we worked swiftly to ensure your replacement reached you as quickly as possible with a replacement going out the same day. After the replacement was dispatched with tracking information provided, delivery was attempted twice but unfortunately was unsuccessful. This meant the service needed to be rebooked before trying again, causing further delays.
