“Outstanding customer service -I needed the taps the next day and with only ten minutes to make the courier they did it. The taps were delivered on time the next morning. The taps are of a high quality and a good price point. I will use this firm again, well done and many thanks to the Rubberduck Bathrooms Team.”

“The wall board I was sent was warped and had significant rips in its protective film, one of which had been covered with masking tape. The board face did clean up but the bow in the board was a challange to fit. I was supprised to be sent this given its price.”

Hi Stephen, We're very sorry to hear about the damage to your panel. We can see your panel was delivered by the manufacturer on the 1st of August but we can't find any communication to report an issue until reading your review this morning. We would never expect any customer to install a damaged panel and would have had it replaced free of charge and as soon as possible had we been given the opportunity to do so.
