“What an amazing experience. Kristophenson the original Rubber Duck for film fans couldn't beat this company at providing Customer Service Excellence. One phone call attentive operator in Ashley (aka superstar). His knowledge and experience are a credit to himself and the company. Real attention to detail is so rare to find these days. Will be recommending them at every opportunity. That's a big 10-4 for the Duck.”

“Ordering, help over the phone, website were all great. My only issue is with the staggered deliveries. I can't check if everything for completeness and damages until it has all arrived, and as there is no certainty with timings, the 24h checking window is unrealistic. Not that I needed it as thankfully everything is perfect.”
