Good morning Kenny, Sorry to hear you've been unhappy with the service provided. We can see your order for a shower seal was placed with us on the evening of the 8th of August. It was dispatched using next day service on the 9th and delivered without issue. We can see your return request and instructions were sent over on the 14th, but not sure if we heard anything since then. I'll ask the warehouse team to check the returns dept for your item - the shipping label may have come loose or damaged in transit but we'll get to the bottom of it. Once located a refund will be processed without delay. I returned the item I bought as I no longer needed it, spoke to customer services and agreed to return it. I did and followed up with emails but I never received a response to my emails chasing progress of refund and an update.

Hi Barry, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback - we think you may have us confused with another supplier however. We can see an order from yourself came in to us on Wednesday last week, for an item that carries a 2-5 working day lead time. That being said, the item was dispatched the same day of ordering with a notification and tracking details being sent to yourself, so should be due to arrive any time now. Person who sold me the panels was really good and helpful, went badly downhill after, delivery took much longer than expected (due to bank Holiday) so had to rearrange the bathroom fitter, delivery confirmed several times, both on the phone,via e mail, and text. Delivery van arrived, NO ORDER ON THERE...CALLED RUBBER DUCK . Explained that the fitter is here now and was waiting to fit them, they said they would look into what went wrong and call me back in 15 minutes, 1 hour later, no call, so again I had to to call them back, he said we were looking at tomorrow at the earliest and he was waiting for confirmation of this. I explained I have no bathroom at all, and if I miss this slot with the fitter, he can't come back until March 2025, and this was not an option as I am disabled and will really struggle without a way to shower for months. Solution was not offered. Worst and most unhelpful service I have ever recieved, still awaiting the call back, wish I could send you photo, but have got nothing to photograph as nothing has been delivered. The only positive is that at least the phone is answered when you call. Rubber Duck were recommended to me, my experience I hope is the exception rather than the rule. Will I ever see my 7 tounge and groove bathroom panels and 6 fitting strips? will I then have to walk around them in my lounge for the next 7 months, as it is the only room big enough to store them flat? Would I recommend Rubber duck bathrooms, think that would be a NO. Still waiting a call back... can't fill out your feed back questions further as this is still ongoing.

Hi Alison, We're sorry you feel we deserve a 1 star rating here. As you mention, we were very helpful when placing the order with the team offering a discount across the order at the time and a dispatch confirmation / tracking info provided within an hour of placing your order. The items purchased carry a 2-5 working day ETA and come direct from the manufacturer, you placed your order at 3:35pm on Thursday last week. We're not sure where your expectation for delivery came from. With the bank holiday included, your items could arrive tomorrow and still be within the timescales we advised prior to ordering. While sympathetic about your personal circumstance, we are not responsible for the ordering of goods within such a tight timescale. We strongly advise all customers not to organise fitters on site until the goods have been received and checked for any issues to avoid circumstances like the one you describe. Good afternoon Andrew, We're very sorry to hear about the issues with your delivery. We can see the issue is with a split delivery from the manufacturer Abacus and their delivery partner XDP, which again we can only apologise for. On contacting the manufacturer, we have been given several assurances that the goods were back out for delivery and would arrive the very next day. So disappointed in the after sales at Rubberduck ! The product is exactly what I was looking for but sadly I will never deal with comoany again . My delivery was mixed up on three separate occasions .Constantly blamed the courier comoany and didn't care at all that my products were delayed and three separate delivery dates messed up causing huge inconvenience. Bottom line ..Once they have your money they couldn't care less . I would have gladly placed all of my orders with them had they extended any kind of explanation or courtesy. Would not recommend.

Good morning Monica, We're very sorry to hear your delivery didn't go as planned. Looking at your order we can see that there was an issue with the DHL collection, which meant your order was incorrectly sent to another customer. Your order contained multiple items, with 1 item needing to be ordered in to us before we could dispatch a second time. Rather than wait for that item (or the other consignment to come back to us) we dispatched a new order ASAP with the final item to follow. I can assure you that we do care - To remedy the initial issue we paid for multiple fast tracked delivery services with our only intention being to get your items out to you ASAP. The worst customer service I have ever experienced Absolutely fine till the point of taking ur money But after that absolutely horrific Cancelling orders left right and centre No return of phone calls Don’t part with ur money with this company

Good morning Mrs Patel, We're sorry you feel the service could be improved. We agree the initial communication regarding your order seemed to be fairly positive. Matters seemed to start to breakdown around the delivery aspect, which we tried to help with as much as possible. The delivery address provided caused some confusion, given the area oddly shared the same street names with a slight difference to each. To help we had multiple staff members tied up on hold with DHL looking for an update. This was deemed insufficient with multiple staff members being berated for simply trying to help. As it became apparent that we could not update you as frequently as you demanded, we took the difficult decision to cancel and refund your order. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

Good morning James, You placed your order on the evening of the 1st, it was dispatched using a tracked next day service within a few hours of opening on the 2nd and delivered the next day as planned. As we kindly replied to your email, it's not a simple case of accepting your return in this case. There's a hygiene requirement for all toilet seats sold/returned, meaning any seat removed from the hygienic seal provided cannot be returned. The above detail is highlighted in bold on every toilet seat displayed on our website. You explained that you had tried to fit the toilet seat to an existing WC but found the spacing was different. As the seal had been removed (and attempted to fit on a used toilet) the seat was no longer fit for resale. We're sorry to see that you feel the service could be improved on. A tale of some good but quite a bit bad. We ordered a not inexpensive bathroom cabinet. When delivered the delivery company decided to leave the parcel outside on one of the wettest days of the year. I spoke to customer services who agree that we should install it to see if there was a problem. This we did. There was no physical damage but the LED lighting and heat pad did not work. Rubber Duck agreed to swap the unit out and although it took weeks and several polite reminders, we eventually got the replacement unit. Because we had installed the previous one we had the bracket from the original unit already on the wall. We therefore just hung the new unit onto the old hook. This was completed without having to either open the doors or take off the protective cover of the glass doors. The electrics worked and all seemed wonderful until you took the protective door covers off and opened the unit to find one of the doors smashed on the inside. There is a sticker on the glass doors saying if the door is damaged in any way, do not return the unit, call this number and they will send out another door. The number they give you is for the manufacturer and not the reseller so they would not deal with us. Why put that number on there then. We then emailed RubberDuck who did get our details and their order number to the manufacturer but they will not replace it. Because we had installed it, just hung it on the hooks, they said we were not entitled to a replacement door and the cost is £60 if we want to get a replacement door. The attitude of the manufacturer and then Rubber Duck (who in my opinion should be responsible) is, in my opinion, very poor indeed, I have had two units, neither of which either worked or were damaged yet I am expected to pay £60 to resolve the issue. It is good to see good reviews on their website, I am afraid my experience is very different and would encourage you to be wary before buying from them

Hi Steve, We're sorry to hear you've been left unhappy here. You placed your order at 7:52am, it was dispatched using a tracked next day service within 30 minutes at 8:24am and delivered the next day. We sent tracking info across, so you could keep an eye on things too. When you contacted us to say the item had been left outside, we showed empathy regarding the matter as any reasonable person would. The reality is however, that this should never have happened. Given the dispatch info and notification provided the day prior and again from DHL on the day of delivery. Despite the above, we fought your corner and the manufacturer agreed to send out a replacement unit. The week after the replacement arrived we were contacted regarding damage to an internal mirror - we requested images to send over to the manufacturer. The image provided showed the mirror attached to the wall, suggesting it had been installed. The manufacturer declined a free of charge replacement for that reason initially. After you explained you had only hung the unit on the bracket installed prior, again we fought your corner and managed to get them to send another replacement door. We appreciate the frustration with the situation and the manufacturer instruction but as a retailer, we feel we've done all we could to help remedy any problem here. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

Was told a delivery was coming yesterday booked day off and only part of delivery arrived rang up to see why was advised product out of stock nobody rang or emailed me to say why and now I still will have to have another day to stay off to receive

I'm still missing one of the products that was due to arrive a week ago. The priduct got left behind in the van. I have chased so many times and was promised someone will call me back. I was suppose to arrive a day later. But have not received any updates or the product. Our plumber has come to fit the bathroom 3 times now. But can't as the part hasn't arrived.

I have ordered shower tray, glass, toilet and all the small bits for my full bathroom renovation. The tray arrived within 2 days and looks great, everything from there has been downhill. The wetroom glass shuttered during delivery, which can happen but was I not informed for a whole week? Despite calling daily to get an update.... Now I have to pay builders 500£ to come in for a day next week to install the delayed items. So far delayed by 2 weeks and I still havent got a date for delivery. AVOID as prices are relatively high but the service is terrible.

I bought some rubber matting to stop vibration/noise. Supposed to be 20x30. Whoever cut this needs to be shown how to do it properly. The two lengths are 30.5 and 30. The two widths are 19.5 and 18.5. Luckily it will still work for what i want but it’s not up to any kind of standard. I did message them about this and had no reply in 2 weeks.

Where to start… I am so disappointed and annoyed. I have had the phone put down on me and told it’s not his (Gary) problem that the order he checked was in stock before I placed the order isn’t actually in stock. After phoning numerous times and only getting through at 4:30 it doesn’t leave me much time before Tuesday to find an alternative. When I asked for a refund and said I would look elsewhere, I was told good luck. Honestly the cockiness is unreal, not what you normally get from a professional especially when you are spending lots of money. I hope the owners get to see these reviews and I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. So much more I would like to say but this is not going to help me get my shower for Tuesday. I do wonder how these companies survive. If this was my business I would not be happy reading these reviews. I am due an apology after what I was told on the phone on Tuesday and then blatantly denying the calls. Please listen to your calls.

£7 for delivery of a small product sent through DHL which could have been sent through the post at a fraction of the cost. Also the product advertised looked more superior to similar products online for a less that a third of the price, however turned out to be exactly the same. Very disappointed. Feel mislead.

Good morning Jane, We're sorry you feel the delivery cost was a little too high. We send out thousands of items a month through our warehouse and DHL is our chosen delivery partner for small to medium items. Over the years we have used numerous partners and DHL offers a quick and tracked delivery service with minimal customer service issues. Cheaper services cause more problems for our customers, which we would rather avoid. With regards to the Eastbrook Pipe Shrouds priced at £12, we are one of the cheapest retailers online for this item. You will not find anyone selling this item at a 3rd of our price. Also, the images used by us (and every other retailer selling this item) are provided by the manufacturer. Again cheaper alternatives can often be sourced from the likes of Amazon or eBay but again, we prefer to use trusted suppliers for our customers. Sorry again you feel the service could be improved. Order no: 214128 Delivery supposed to be 3 to 5 days delivery it took over 2 weeks to deliver. Even they realised they done mistake with order, they haven't even put overnight delivery. I don't think your company does care how much you wasting tradesman's time. No even decent apology. I have used your company probably purchased over 10 wet room tray unfortunately no more I will cry my business else where.

Awful experience. Delayed, no contact with customer service to inform me of the delay, tried ringing and no one answered, when someone finally answered I rang for 2 weeks every day asking when my order is arriving every time they said yes it’s being dispatched tomorrow. So they lied every day. I lost all trust and didn’t believe anyone, I genuinely didn’t expect the shower to arrive. They should have informed me of the delay, not me chasing them, and they should have been honest from the start. No communication and no trust with this company.

We can see your order was processed on the 1st of May and delivery was completed on the 10th of May. See image showing tracking info. The items ordered carried a 3-7 working day ETA and were dispatched using a tracked pallet delivery service 6 days from placing the order. With them initially planning to deliver on the 9th (the 7th working day from placing the order). There looks to have been a delay on dispatch due to an incident at the depot, meaning they were delivered a day later on the 10th. All of which was communicated to yourself as soon as we were made aware on the day. We understand customers often order from multiple places when installing a new bathroom and would appreciate it if you revised your review in light of the above. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

My delivery was split , and 2 and a half weeks later, I have not received the second part. I ordered a backer board kit and received only the boards without the neves fixing kit. I have phoned 3 times and still not resolved. Very poor service. Cannot possibly recommend

I ordered my shower tray on the 19th April, it was delivered on Wednesday 24th but it was the wrong order. I've spoken to your sales rep twice with promise of a call back the last time, not heard anything and no idea where my shower tray that i have paid £500 for is, very unhappy with this service.

I had concerns as the item was shown as right-handed on the site but arrived left-handed. Easily resolved by loosening the two grub screws, reversing then tightening up again. Rubber Duck were very helpful in resolving this. A1+ seller. Highly recommended. Good commdunication.
