“The customer service was good until it came to processing a refund, which clearly needs improvement. Communication was poor throughout the refund process. It seems like returned items are sent to a different location, and no one I spoke with could explain why my item hadn't been inspected or why the refund was delayed. As a customer, I’m very disappointed with this experience. After two weeks I am still waiting for an email to confirm my item was received. No sign of refund.”

“We've not had chance to fit our shower enclosure yet however, our experience, so far with Rubberduck Bathrooms has been very good. We were unable to visit the showroom and placed out order online. The bathroom fittings appear to be of good quality, British made and were keenly priced. It was good to be able to communicate with a real human being. When I needed to add something to my online order; it was were easy to contact Jarrad, the office manager, via email and phone. So far I would highly recommend Rubberduck Bathrooms Ltd.”
