Good afternoon Allan, We'd very much like to apologise for the service received across your orders. We've worked with that manufacturer for over 15 years now. While this is not typical of the service provided by them, we have passed over your comments regarding the experience as a whole. In the hope they can review the delivery services used. As a customer of ours we expect to be able deliver the best service possible from our team but sometimes we're let down by the people we connect to. “The customer service here is second to none, Conor and the team at the front desk are knowledgeable, and friendly and point you in the right direction to make the right decisions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. I have had two bathroom suites and full shower sets, with no issues with price, discount, or delivery. Great to support locals too.”
