Not that many updates compared to other online order companies but order arrived when they said it would (you can't always take that for granted) and let me add things to the order without paying for delivery twice. Again you can't always take that for granted with online ordering.”

“All materials were well packaged, undamaged and arrived on schedule. Delivery was expensive as this bundle was classed as a large load, although not heavy or awkward to handle, I guess that's more to do with the courier. Product as described and at a good price.”

“Ordered a large shower tray at short notice - very helpful staff who arranged early delivery. When it came it was damaged. Staff went out of their way to arrange a replacement which was delivered the next day. Cannot fault service like that.”
