“I ordered a toilet seat, which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately one of the hinge fittings broke. Once I reported what had happened they contacted the manufacturer who replaced it immediately. One can't get better service. So thank you Rubberduck.”

“Ordered Scudo S6 900mm quadrant shower enclosure to replace our old one and received it a few days later. All well packed and delivered on a pallet. (Full marks to Palletways driver who pulled the pallet along our stone track for at least 150m!) New enclosure was easy to fit as it used the same holes in the tiles as old one and was easy to install. Very pleased 😀”

“Product is excellent but the sealant for around the bath wasn’t good and my builder wouldn’t use it. Also, I should have been told about the trims which I then ordered elsewhere. Delivery time needs to be quicker. No suppliers in my area also isn’t good.”
