“Excellent service, the only matter was via DHL we took the package only to discover one of the box had come apart! It looked as if it had been thrown down at some point, luckily there was no damage to the taps.”

“Products are really good quality but the advice on the phone was 1st class. Delivery was exceptional as I was out so a solution was required. The bath waste had a stopper missing but they sent one out over the weekend Very Happy”

“I had two deliveries of bath panels which were broken in transit. Rubberduck replaced both quickly despite the fact I didn't report the second breakage in line with the delivery instructions. A good service in my opinion.”

“Excellent customer service from Jarred when we rang to enquire about a product and delivery times. He went over and above what was expected as he offered to research various products to ensure we got what was required. He knew his stuff, the product was cheaper than the one we had originally ordered and the refund was immediate. Ashley also assisted when Jarred was unavailable. Both were excellent. Thank YOU. We highly recommend this company with staff like Jarred and Ashley.”
