Good morning Conor, We're sorry you found the 2 review invitations somewhat annoying. We don't send them out to pester people, they go out automatically after you have an order delivered. If you don't respond to the first email a second reminder goes out just in case you missed the first. Normally people understand how important these reviews are to small businesses and either leave a review of their experience or simply ignore them if they don't have time. We can see you ordered a set of pipe washers and screws late evening, they were dispatched next morning on a next day service and were delivered without issue. “Excellent service. A damaged delivery for our new bathroom was replaced without any quibbles and arrived two days after reporting it! Bathroom installer was very impressed and we were equally pleased to have the job completed on time without any hassle.”

“Items well packaged and delivered in very good time. The statement 'check your items' needs to be applied totally. The items I received were extremely well-packaged and the original factory packaging was intact so felt no need to split out all 25 pieces to check. I suggest others do so as, during installation and removing items from the original packaging we discovered one item had manufacturing faults. Fortunately, 24 items made up the complete installation so the faulty item caused no problem. I reported this to Rubberduck but as yet have had no response.”

“I called to order and got through to Ben, I needed some advice which he provided. He dealt with our order in a very professional and friendly manner, I had to call back after issues with FedEx delivery, again Ben sorted this out immediately. I would highly recommend Rubberduck bathrooms and thank Ben for his helpful response throughout.”

“The bathroom tap I ordered arrived promptly, however was the incorrect colour. We didn’t realise this until a couple of weeks after as there was a delay with the bathroom fitting, however they quickly arranged for the mistake to be corrected and sent the correct colour tap which arrived a couple of days later. The tap itself appears to be good quality and as described 👍🏼”

“Good range and delivery, but a few items could have been better. 1. I found the shower screen cheaper once it had arrived. 2. There were quite a few separate desliveries for one order 3. None of the abacus kit comes with any instructions”

Hi Richard, We're sorry to hear you've been unhappy with your recent order. Looking at the details we can see part of your order was specially arranged for delivery on the 29th of August. This was part of a split delivery as an item contained in your order had a longer lead time and this was to allow for work to begin. On the 25th of August, we provided a dispatch confirmation detailing the items were due to arrive as planned on the 29th. On the afternoon of the 29th we received communication from the courier suggesting the item had been rejected on arrival as it was "no longer needed". The cost incurred was not that of a return, it was the cost of the delivery service used to transport the items to you and then having to return them back to the manufacturer to be restocked. Had we been notified the item was no longer needed we would have cancelled the delivery service used and no further costs would have been incurred. We're sorry to see you feel this constitutes a poor service delivery. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team
