“Service was excellent. Ordered and delivered in a just a few days. Price for the cistern, which was recommended by our plumber was also excellent. No hesitation in recommending Rubberduck Bathrooms.”

“Excellent prices for quality products. The call centre staff were above and beyond! Unfortunately, I initially selected the wrong item for my order, but contacting the staff corrected this, without any issue, I then realised I hadn't ordered enough panels, I contacted them again and they worked to try and add the extra pieces to the order, without needing to charge extra postage, but, whilst trying to resolve this issue, I then noticed that I could have chosen bigger panels and this would work better for me, with less joints. Truly, I was becoming a nightmare customer, but the staff at Rubberduck agreed to cancel the original order, let me sleep on the final plan, then credit the sum to my new order, with discount on some other components I needed. The order was completed, the difference settled and all the items were received within 3 days, in two batches. Not sure many other company's would have been so accommodating, really pleased I choose this company for my bathroom kit.”
