“Ordered wrong item by mistake. Took this back with no issues and ordered correct part. Although no issues with this I am still waiting to refund! Seems to take a long time to get money back when item was taken back to shop in original packaging.”

“Have known about RDB for a few years as a competitively priced stockist of Abacus Elements products. To be honest I was always a little concerned as to how the tilebacker might arrive and whether there would be damaged edges etc. I need not have worried, all the products arrived well packed and damage free. One parcel lost in transit, but this was quickly rectified and replaced. Kept fully informed. Will use again!”
