“I contacted the customer service which did sort out my problem. The only reason I deducted a star for them is because I had to ring several times before I could speak to an advisor. It may have been the time of the morning. The tap I ordered was sent with DHL who did not need a signature but wanted to deliver the item to me personally. This led to my misunderstanding and a delay in delivery. The tap did arrive and it looks good! Thank you!”

“Great price on Blanco sink. Rubberduck were very helpful when we found that the original Blanco sink I ordered wouldn't fit. A different Blanco sink was ordered and when this went astray with couriers they ordered another one quickly for next day delivery to ensure it could be fitted in time.”

“Purchased the HaLite white gloss 1500 mm panel with end panel. Happy with the price paid, fast delivery timescale. Item itself is excellent, very easy to work with. Being lightweight and waterproof such a bonus. Would definitely recommend and would use the company in the future.”

“Absolutely brilliant.🤩 I had to order a part before the heating engineer came. The part arrived in a couple of days! Brilliant. In the past I used to use a company called Victoria plumbing. They would say something was in stock when it wasn’t! It would then take weeks to come. So impressed with rubber ducks honesty and service!”

“Product arrived broken damaged box and tap, obviously thrown about n transit. Emailed with pictures to the email address supplied and no response - spent over £200 on a shower that i cannot use and they wont refund/replace . Very unhappy”
